YCC with CAFs will facilitate the single interface meeting for 40 people which includes 1 district staff, at least 15 citizens, Community Council staff, 4 Health Center staff, and primary school staff. Citizens/service users and service providers come together to share their respective assessments and to improve service delivery. These meetings, which will bring together delegates from all previous service user and service provider assessment meetings, will develop a shared understanding of local service delivery progress and challenges fed by feedback from service users and service providers and then will develop service-specific action plans for service in health centers, primary schools and communes.
