-To build up the ability of youth to participate in development of all sectors. Instill youth knowledge to upgrade social justice, national interest as priority, and adhering to democratic principle and especially instill youth to adore Nation, Religion and King.
-To build up good relationship and cooperation with national and international organization and other concerned institutions to promote the roles of youth in development.
-To motivate society to pay greater attention on youth issues by encouraging and supporting Cambodian youth activities.
-To build up youth networks and coordinate youth activities countrywide.
