Mr. Im Sothy, Executive Director of YCC, he graduated the Master Degree of Public Management from the School of Government in the ATENEO de Manila University in the Philippine. He is Cambodian people with more than 15 years of experiences in the social development sectors in Cambodia. He has intensive experiences in youth engagement and mobilization, governance and democracy, leadership, advocacy work, good governance and professional practical for Youth Organizations. He has broad knowledge of the participatory approach, do not harm and right-based approach of development. He also has experiences in program and organization development with non-government organization. Currently, He is Executive Director of Youth Council of Cambodia and responsible for managing quality of works, human resources, financial management and implementation of program operation. In addition, He has more experiences to do the consultant related to organization development, baseline and end line, research and development facilitator including Oxfam America, World Vision International and Handicap International. Mr. Pin Tithya started working with YCC as a Program Director in the late of 2015. Prior to joining YCC he worked as Program Manager, Project Officer; Income Generation Officer and Social Worker for Winrock International-CTIP II, World Vision International-Cambodia and Pour un Sourire d’Enfant (PSE=For a Smile of the Child) respectively for almost 10 years. He is pursuing a Master’s degree of Integrated Management of Agricultural and Rural Development (on-going: finish the course work and writing thesis), Royal University of Agriculture (RUA). He also holds a bachelor’s degree of Agriculture, major in Rural Development at Maharishi Vedic University (MVU). He currently manages YCC projects such as I-SAF funded by EU through Care International, Multiparty Youth Leadership funded by US Department of State through IRI, My Open Commune funded by USAID through NDI and CCSP, Women and Youth Creating Their Economic Opportunity funded by Oxfam America.
